Izumi Ohno is a Professor at the National
Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Japan, and a Senior Research Adviser
to the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Ogata Sadako Research
Institute for Peace and Development. She specializes in international
development policy, industrial policy and Japanese development cooperation. Her
previous books include Industrial Human Resource Development in Developing
Countries: Knowledge and Skills in the Era of SDGs.
